Bicycles and mopeds can be stopped and parked on a sidewalk and bicycle track.
With caution it is allowed to stop also other vehicles on a sidewalk and bicycle track for the purposes of picking up, setting down, loading or unloading. This can only be done if there are no other suitable places for stopping nearby and if there is a compelling reason for stopping.
Stopped vehicles must not unconscionably disturb the traffic on sidewalk and bicycle track.
In such a case the driver has to stay close to the vehicle and if necessary move the car to a place where it does not disturb other traffic.
Special parking prohibitions

Parking is prohibited on the access road or at the gateway to a building if it would hamper vehicular access to the property.

Parking is prohibited next to a marked parking space and outside the edge-markings of a parking space.
Parking discs
