Many driving manners transfer "from father to son". In the year 1958 there were 140.000 passenger cars in Finland. In the year 2018 Finland already had over 3,400,000 passenger cars. It should be evident to everybody that we can no longer act selfishly in modern traffic. Traffic safety and traffic flow require a modern driving manner that takes others into consideration.
As a new driver you should be critical about old driving manners and act according to the requirements of 21st century traffic.
Reference Group Requirements
A Reference Group is a one that the individual identifies with and whose approval he or she wants to have.
Your family wants you to drive safely, but your friends might want you to drive fast. As a driver you must remember to take full responsibility of yourself, passengers and other road users. As a driver you should never be provoked.
